  As a salesman I sold over a million dollars a year consistently by estimating new construction projects and meeting with builders. As a Manager of 84 Lumber, I managed 8-10 people under me and a multimillion dollar lumberyard. I also did weekly inventory, ordering product, payroll, supported contractor salesmen and set meetings with target builders.

  Bellawoods Construction is building new homes again!!! Look for new business to expand Bellawoods Construction through attending and becoming Vice-President of my local Real Estate Investors Assoc. I also oversee construction on current jobs we are working on and meet with other professionals in real estate in some capacity and discuss how we may be able to help each other out. Built a construction company that specializes in residential remodeling, additions and rehabbing depressed houses to sell to homeowners. Bellawoods Construction also custom rehabs that allows the future homeowner to customize the house to better fit their needs and taste
