  Working at Reflections Training Academy to offer Health & Safety to our learners and also offer IT support where and when needed. My main job role is to ensure that all H&S systems and policies are in place and that they are followed by our learners and Staff alike.I operate by myself and also give inductions for health & safety and fill in any RIDDOR reports that are needed. I also do site visits to our employers around the South West area ensuring that they are following Health & Safety policies. I also deal with building safety ensuring that the Reflections Training Academy is a safe working in environment for the staff and learners. Show less
