  I started as Business Analyst on the migration of claims processes in private property and casualty insurances from legacy to SAP Claims. My job was to analyze requirements for several insurance labels, processes & products. During implementation, I took a leading role in resolving complex, critical bugs. My role shifted after a half year towards Product Owner for multiple insurance products. In this role, I led an initiative to perform UAT in sprint. After the successful implementation of this release, I became scrum master of the leading coalition to implement SAFe in my department. Show less

  Global Banking service – Product Owner (October 2023 – current)As Product Owner, I am responsible for the product vision, prioritization & stakeholder management for Code Scanning, Repository Management & Information sharing. To deliver these services, the DevOps team is supporting 16 systems used by 8000+ engineers.Global Banking service – Delivery Lead Lease & Asset Accountancy & Finance UAT Lead (November 2021 – September 2023)In the role of delivery lead Lease & Buffer Accountancy, I led the implementation of SAP SAI for multiple country entities for my client. I led a team of 10+ senior specialists to implement a new SAP S/4 Hana module in a complex landscape with multiple dependencies; specific business processes & legacy migration runs. Due the missing part of business analyst, I as well took the lead in gathering acceptance criteria and creating user stories on this specific topic. After the delivery, I led the UAT of the Finance component for the main entity of this program.Global Banking service – Data Reconciliation Lead (January 2021 – September 2021)At client request, I took the lead in the financial reconciliations between multiple systems & databases for their country entities. The goal was to get in control of Accounts Receivable month end close differences and standardize the global process for this moth close. Therefore, I led a team of specialists and analysts to perform for 30+ entities reconciliations on 120+ systems on a monthly basis. Together with the accounting team of the client, I analyzed the data and outcomes to advice on improvement steps on global process and entity processes and IT solutions. Show less Global Banking Service - Delivery Lead (October 2019 – December 2020)Together with the project manager and two other delivery leads, I was part of the delivery team to role out of a global collections & default risk tool from an external vendor in 30+ entities at my client. My role as delivery lead was to deliver this tool to 15 country entities of my client within one year. This required managing local entities IT, global IT, the vendor & local finance business. Next to this, I took a lead role during initiation & mobilization of all entities, was responsible for the project management of global IT, and did c-level stakeholder management at the global Risk department of the client during the testing phase.
