In 1988 I was promoted to be Paper department chief leading 10 engineers and to Project Manager from 1990 up to 1991. The activities developed during these different periods ranged from process flowsheets, and P&I’s development, mass and energy balance, equipment sizing and specification, datasheets, lay-outs, inquiry specifications, tender analysis up to project management, project sales and department administration.
