      I manage Technology with a CTO, Finance with a CFO, Departmental Services through vertical heads, field work with the help of the District Administration and oversee the overall functioning of Bangla Sahayata Kendras. Bangla Sahayata Kendra is an e-governance citizen-centric service delivery system of the Government of West Bengal. BSKs serve as a one-stop solution for about 98 million citizens of West Bengal to directly approach the Government for their pressing needs.The BSK portal (https://bsk.wb.gov.in/) is the single window platform providing online public services to the people. The centres manned by data entry operators (DEOs) assist citizens in the "State-Owned Service Centres" for all online public and parastatal services providing free-of-cost services to people in the state.Currently, 3561 BSKs function out of government offices in 23 districts in West Bengal, giving vital information on Schemes, Programmes, and initiatives of the State Government beside processing transactional services such as electricity bills also.
