      Go Global Experience

Traveled to Eastern Europe, in the summer of 2014, visiting companies to learn about business in an global context. Cities include - Budapest, Hungry: Vienna, Austria; Istanbul, Turkey.I used this opportunity to examine company operations and study company cultures. Witnessing the operational difference between those groups that used methods such as Kaizen, the Shingo Model and lean processes. I was able to see how a company that practices sustainable operation is able to improve, not only the local, but global economies. This experience allowed me to learn essential information about an international workplace, aspects of business that I would not have witnessed in the classroom. Show less
