While on duty, I served as the main contact for customer concerns and was responsible for processing all monetary transactions, including sales and refunds.

  In this role, I have gained knowledge and experience in student services, career services, new student programs, student recruitment, and academic advising. My main ongoing project was to co-author and co-manage content, announcements, and communications for the college's student resources Canvas course. Additionally, I have supported in the coordination of large events, such as new student orientation and the Design Career Fair.
