      I was working in the Income Department in Citi, Dublin. My team were responsible for the receivables due on dividends paid on stocks which had been on loan with borrowers over record date. We reconciled payments due to clients on the stock they had puchased. If their stock was out on loan over record date we ensure they were paid their expected income on pay date and we were then responsible for the recovering of the funds.
