  This Port Facility handles a volume of 1.8mtpa of cargo having both Discharge and Dispatch Facility for the two smelters at BALCO and Vedanta Jharsuguda .This facility consisting of various set of equipment - 400 TPH Pneumatic Ship-unloader ,Conveyors ,De-dusting Unit , Wagon Loading system , Air fan , Air compressors , Root Blowers , Telescopic Equipment ,Static Weigh bridge , Hydraulic car mover .Handling the E&I function of the Facility -Handling Maintenance of over 3.5 KM 11 KV OHL line from EB substation to our Substation . Working with AP Electricity Board for continuous supply of Power for the facility and complying the required statutory requirements for the facility . Maintenance Planning for the facility , Handling various Electrical Systems - 11KV Substation , HT Breakers , Weighing Controllers ,Load cell , SCADA -Allen Bradley , Siemens ,PLC , HMI , UPS , Battery Bank ,Capacitor Bank ,ACB , AC , Danfoss VFD , Harmonic Filters , More then 100 Motors upto 250 kw in the facility and various other electrical systems /instruments .Conducting Thermography of Equipments , Working with the third party CBM team for the reliability of the equipment . Handling two Transformer Operation and Maintenance - 1.25MVA dry type transformer , 2.5MVA oil cooled Transformer . Handling Operation and Maintenance of three DG set - 1500 KVA LT DG set , 11KV 1250KVA DG set , 30 KVA DG set -all cummins make . Working with third party for relay calibration of all relay installed in the facility . Handling the Spare Management for the facility - Creating MDRM Codes ,VED ,NMI.. Making Electrical Budget for the facility . Working with Commercial Team for PR To PO Process . Creating SOW , identification of vendors for various kind of electrical execution work for the facility , Leading CAPEX Project for the facility . Leading the Digitilization intiatves for the facility - Working with two OEM for implementation of two Digitization Project of the facility Show less Handling Four area of Rodding Department of Carbon Plant -Recycle Material Treatment Plant , Bath Handling System , Rod Repair Workshop , Warehouse . Handling a team of direct employees and many contract Team for the Operations and Maintenance of the Four area . RMT handles overall rejection of all three plant GAP , Bakeoven , Rodding of Carbon Plant - Rejected Green Scrap , Green anode ,Baked Anode , Butt . Consisting of equipments - Hydraullic Crusher , Vibrating feeder ,Chain Conveyor , Bucket Elevator , De-Dusting Unit ,Silo , Pnemuatic Conveying system . Bath handling system handle the bath production of required granulometry . This system Consist of Autogenous Mill , Belt Conveyor ,RAL, Crusher ,Magnetic Separator etc . Rod Repair Workshop handles the repairing of all rejected Rods having different kind of failures in stem ,Brackets , Pins etc . Was part of the team with Process Person for tracking and Analysis of the various defects in the Rods- Pitting , Pin failures , Stem Bend , Burn off etc. The Rod Repair Workshop required various set of manual work , gas cutting of the rods , cuttings of pins in bend shaw machine , champering in the lathe and then welding meeting the quality as per the defined standards . Meeting the Productions target of the repairing . Rodding warehouse - Handling the Transaction of Good Anode pallet , Bath bins , spent anodes etc With Other department . Handling overall fleet of heavy vehicle - 12 Forklifts , Three JCB , 1 HYWA , 3 ATV , Industrial Vacuum Cleaning vehicle for the operation of the Warehouse . Leading the Pneumatic Conveying Project at De-Dusting Unit . Handling the Execution work of conversion of Bath Pallets to Anode Pallets . Leading TQM initiatives QC 5S ,Kaizen . Worked on various Sets of equipments of Production Plant - Vibrocompactors , Ball Mill , Vibrating feeder , Vibrating screen , Belt weigh feeder , Cross Belt magnetic Separator , Bucket elevator , Power and free Conveyor ,Roller Conveyors , Kneader , De-Dusting Unit ,Belt Conveyor . Was handling shift Electrical Maintenance and Operations . As Operations Shift Incharge Handled the team of both direct and indirect employees for Production of Green Anode consisting of 24 process groups , monitoring critical process parameters of Production . As Operation Incharge Handled all operation activities of One GAP . Was IMS Co-ordinator for the Department . Have Knowledge of Fire Fighting system of the Facility -MVWS system , DV , Water Monitor , etc . Was Leading the TQM Activities - QC , 5S ,Kaizen for the Department .
