  Main Responsibilities:• Maintaining positive relationships with both customers and suppliers• Receiving confirmed unit price and confirmation of project from buyer• Receiving order sheet from the buyer subsequent to project confirmation, followed by the preparation of a purchase order for the customer. • Receiving master LC related to price and quantity followed by the agreed terms and conditions.• To create BOM subsequent to related order.• Preparing materials PO related to order. • Incoming materials follow-up and advising planning to set plan according to arrival of materials• Discussing quality related issue with QA & QC section for possible remedies and taking customer approval if required.• To follow-up the production and figure-out if possible bottle-neck create. • Receiving a detailed plan for production, production lines and workforce allocation and follow-up accordingly.• Preparing reports detailing material received and shortages and forwarding to the material supplier to arrange the shortages.• Preparing summary, Advice sheet and providing necessary packing instruction to production floor.• Offering inspection according to completion of packing alongside shipment date and quantity.• Utilizing stock materials in necessary basis.• Helping commercial with shipment related data to send out finished goods.• To provide acknowledgement to material supplier if poor quality materials have been sent thoroughly.• To check whether or not cutting floor maintaining proper allowances and consumption set by PD.
