   Project manage day to day WAN MAC activities for State of Michigan agencies working in conjunction with the State’s Department of Technology, Management and Budget. Duties include processing MAC orders, managing inventory of routers, switches and miscellaneous equipment for the State, and coordination of MAC activities with local site contacts and AT&T resources. Project managed VoIP installations for various State of Michigan agencies, working together with the State’s telecommunications department. Worked as project coordinator on various VoIP transition projects. Duties included performing on-site station reviews to collect end user requirements, ordering telephone equipment, creating and distributing migration lists to team., managing cut day processes and conducting on-site first day support.
