      My role has expanded to include oversight of Customer Experience Operations & Applications. Data & Insights (Customer Success, Customer Experience and Technical Support), Program Management and Technical Support Operations & Applications. I lead a team of 11 + 1 intern and report into VP Customer Operations who reports into the Chief Customer Officer. We successfully went live with our new Customer Success platform Totango in June and are adopting an Agile-inspired methodology to work through the backlog for Phase 2 features and functionality and beyond in order to deliver iteratively. We are also undertaking a strategic initiative to consolidate data and reporting into a single source of truth and taking a more proactive approach to arming the business with data-backed insights presented in context in order to help leaders make informed business decisions.
