From vision to hands on training and everything in betweenDuring my time with Aspire2be I successfully designed and delivered school based training to teachers across both Primary and Secondary schools, developing digital competency in staff and supporting them to embed it in their practice. Many of the courses I designed were completely bespoke to the school, offering a personal approach to their training.I also created specific PE based training for staff to explore how technology could support them to develop PE in schools, this was based on the work I had successfully carried out in school and in my time with the PE and School Sport team in the Local Consortium. These training courses soon developed into the current iTEAM programme that I was able to co-create and successfully launch its first partnership with the Ospreys Rugby Team. Show less

I have also worked with Governments on their deployment and role out of technology, again, supporting at all stages of the deployment and advising on approaches to ensure the greatest impact.I also work with organisations to design, build and execute projects to support their wider stakeholders.
