Initiate coordination of preliminary deliverables for Pipeline and facility design including scouting, routing, surveying, environmental regulatory requirements, site visits with field personnel to confirm tie-in details and scope of work, as-builds, final DBM development, Hydraulic pipeline modeling, equipment sizing, coordination of process modeling and regulatory / BB registrations, monitor FN and Land acquisition, AER licensing requirements, P&ID development and checking, piping design and checking, procurement of all project equipment including preparation or all tenders, evaluation spreads and awards, conduct design reviews as well as facilitate pre and post Hazops, construction kickoff, start-up and post mortem meetings. Complete project cost control, safety, field and progress report monitoring.
