The licensing coordinator:•Evaluates post-secondary nonpublic institutions (degree-granting and non-degree granting) for licensure, license renewal, and annual reporting.•Provides technical assistance to applicant institutions to assure compliance with the appropriate standards, procedures, and regulations of the Commission.•Performs in-house review of documents submitted to assure complete and accurate form. such as course materials, catalogs, contracts, advertising materials, financial reports, institution policies and procedures, refund policies, and other materials. Communicates findings to institutions and assisting in revisions to accomplish compliance with established laws, regulations, rules, conditions, and procedures. Evaluates applications from licensed institutions for new programs and sites in accordance with procedures above.   Create and manage a comprehensive audit/review process for policies, procedures, and guidelines pertinent to academic and student affairs. Collaborate with internal staff, 16 colleges, and external partners to identify and prioritize the compliance monitoring agenda for the division of Academics, Student Affairs, and Research. Establish routine processes and written work procedures as determined by the compliance monitoring agenda. Focus areas include, but are not limited to, dual enrollment, program evaluation, regional accreditation (SACSCOC), and federal regulations such as ADA/Accommodations and Title IX.
