      I started my career as an administrative secretary for one year. When the headquater of the China Mobile Company launched the HR reform project, I grasped the opportunity and transfered to the HR department.I was an HR specialist at the beginning, and one year later I was promoted to be the HR supervisor because I overcame huge difficulties to get the reform successful in the branch.
