  Worked in an Agile environment with a pod of product managers and analysts, building and enhancing our consumer banking products. Our mission is to deliver industry-defining experiences for our checking and savings products and grow our customer base through reimagined digital channels.My talented team of engineers and I created cloud-based solutions through AWS services and APIs. Our products are customer-centric, usually leveraging a MVP approach to gather critical feedback from users before getting to the ideal product state. Show less As a Coach I was responsible for managing associates in our Delaware inbound contact center. I helped associates with their development by coaching to improve customer service skills while driving efficiency. I also assisted with associate scheduling, national initiatives and increasing associate engagement.In January 2015 I became Delaware's hiring manager for our Customer Success and Solutions Team.
