  Vodafone underwent a major major IT Billing Transformation programme over 5 years to replace over 50 legacy systems & I performed a number of roles in this project.- As Tech Lead for the BI Team, I was responsible for review & sign-off for all vendor design documents, e2e use cases, data contract documents (file specs), change requests. I was involved with the design of the new data model & ensured it could support current & future business demand & adhered to Vodafone standards- As Vendor Manager for 4 BI vendors, I managed scope, timelines & deliverables. I was also the key point of contact for 10 other vendors with BI dependencies- As Business Analyst, I documented all Enterprise-wide reporting requirementswhich fed into the scope of the project- As Test Manager, I co-ordinated all testing within BI applications and reports & ensured all business testing was signed off & software releases deployed on schedule.- as Data Modeler, I documented the new Data Warehouse model in Erwin & produced Process Documents showing data flows from all systems to & from the Data Warehouse, so in-house staff fully understood all key systems & data flows Show less
