This is an end-to-end implementation and institutionalization of QA services by identifying gaps in processes across project life-cycle activities and defining process improvement roadmap and implementations. Along with large number of functional and integration testing projects, there is a regression test bed of approximately 12,000 automated UI & API test cases for multiple lines of businesses that are executed and validated using UFT, Selenium and SoapUI custom framework on a weekly basis. This project aimed at providing the following benefits to both, the company and its customers: • Maintain current business capabilities as supported by the existing platform • Provide a robust print infrastructure, specifically reconciliation of documents from an end-to-end perspective (from the time they are generated all the way to the hand off to USPS)• Change to visual layout (‘Look and Feel’) for mailing packages.
