      Responsible for the development of training content within the Empire Education Group. Subject Content will include all areas of Professional Development. Training Content will be developed for Instructor Led Training (ILT), Distance Learning, and Learning Communities on Cornerstone OnDemand. Develops and revises content using Adobe Captivate 7, iSpring and other content development tools. Content is developed and revised with the input of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from various operational areas within the company. Emphasis is placed on timely delivery of interactive, engaging materials that meet the needs of the organization and provide a high-quality, effective experience for our Co-Workers. Additional training tools may need to be developed, including• Support, enhance, and produce scripts for training.• Design presentations for conferences and webinars.• Update training documents on a consistent basis.• Evaluate and revise training tools as appropriate.• Write and develop technical documents.Develop and maintain consistent instructional format, theme and branding of content for all organization's training programs. Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing Departments to achieve the right look and feel of the training materials and content. Show less Responsible for effectively training all new and current Appointment Coordination Experts (ACEs) on the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to successfully schedule career planning visits for prospective students interested in furthering their education toward a career in the Cosmetology industry.Conduct training in accordance with state and federal accreditation regulations, organizational policies and procedures, consistent with the highest ethical standards. Develop in-depth knowledge of Empire Education Group Customer Service and Admissions Methodology, training programs, policies and procedures. Design training programs with a focus on customer service, phone skills and appointment setting. Provide recommendations to Training Manager and/or Director of Training regarding effectiveness of training courses and materials. Provide structured follow-up training and coaching following completion of required new hire training; complete applicable observation documentation and communicate results to ACE, Customer Contact Center (CCC) Mangement and Training Manager. Maintain electronic documentation of training dates, beginning with new hire training through the first year of development, plus ACE follow-up training. Recommend, develop and deliver targeted group training sessions upon request from CCC Management. Provide specialized re-training to ACEs with performance deficiencies. Compile and submit detailed weekly status reports to the Training Manager and Director of Training. Develop collaborate working relationships with CCC Management.
