  - Managing and operating the flow of Jewelry Production and Prototyping for Singapore and India market with Diamond2 gemstone, a patented lab-grown gem that rivals the diamond.- Planning design quantities and defining process in a timeline.- Conceptualising and presenting design for BeSpoke / Custom orders for clients. - Reviewing/correcting/amending/approving CAD files shared by production unit to match with the design aesthetics and feasibility. - A strict quality control to suit International Luxury parameters.- Coordinating among different teams internally and with vendors externally to manage the process from production to retail.
