      Managed Client Relationship, marketing and sales merchandising of the nation's first co-branded credit card program with a national Retail organization. Credit receivables grew from $53M to $250M in three years, at which point the client private-labeled the credit program and bought all credit receivables.

      Assumed control of an insurance operation that suffered over $94 million in multiple state class action lawsuits. Through compliance training, new product development, and marketing backed by consumer research, Insurance premiums reached an historical record level of profitability and premiums per loan, without a single new regulatory challenge.The Sales Finance business had historically been a "loss-leader", losing an average of over $10 million annually. Credit programs suffered from low market penetration and high credit loses due to a lack of disciplined processes and erratic discount pricing delivered thru national retail clients. The business was strategically re-branded, new products were developed and pricing structures attracted higher creditworthy consumers. The entire business systems platform was re-engineered and credit processing was streamlined. Service quality improved along with portfolio performance. Within one year, the Sales Finance business reversed from being a loss leader to returning a 15% ROI run-rate. Show less

Developed a direct response marketing business plan onsite for the company’s Australia operation.

Formed a consulting company and residential mortgage operations during a period of consolidation and divesture preparation, leading ultimately to division sale to Citicorp.

A corporate name change was engineered to support that expanded vision, and several innovative products were developed with strategic pricing. In this role, Rob managed State Filings, Legal initiatives, all vendor and benefit provider relationships, and directed a company-wide Systems Platform Conversion project to support operations for expanded Auto/Travel Club Membership Programs across the US and Canada.
