Research and development: Participating in research projects focused on improving metallurgical processes, basically doing a Sand factor test to findout if there is sand in CIL feed that may be the cause of continuous CIL tanks overflowing due to interstage screen pegging or blockage.8. Environmental management: Contributing to environmental management practices by minimizing the impact of mining and mineral processing activities on the environment, such as water and air pollution control.Collecting Tailing bond sample for analysis.9. Reporting and documentation: Compiling and presenting a project to Senior Metallurgist about Saturation effect on gold Leaching to see if the gold leaching tendency is afffect by saturation effect. 10. Assisted project Metallurgists on certain plant improvements optimization project works. • Obtain field samples and conduct Lab test works to improve plant performance as well as to minimize reagent consumption to minimise cost. • Doing Troubleshooting on high PAX strength as reported by assay lab by successfully identifying the error in PAX strength analysis in assay lab. • undertaken on Job metallurgical Training call Metcelerate.
