MIC1 ALFA Network Optimization Project- Tuning/Drive test Team Leader: 2G/3G monthly drive test plan: coordination, analysis and reporting.- 3G radio optimization engineer: Network level optimization, Daily KPI monitoring, Worst Cell analysis, Neighbors and parameters optimization.- Responsible for 1 RNC including all related activities (Sites Rehoming, expensions on RNC/RBS level, recommendations for power/CE/users upgrades, features activation...) WCDMA Radio Access Network design and optimization(MIC1 3G Network Roll-Out Project)- Radio network planning (scrambling code planning, neighbors planning).- Initial tuning (sites acceptance, cluster acceptance): drive test analysis, KPI monitoring, on-site support.- Fine tuning and optimization: Consistency checks, KPI improvement, neighbors/parameters audit, Running traces and analysis.- Supporting customer on-site during network launching and other events.
