      - I spent this month in the maintenance department where I took part in supervision tours, helping the workers to repair and check the machines. I also worked on the 3D design of a tensioner for a grinding machine. From this experience, I learned the basics of teamwork, discipline and I examined the working conditions of workers.

      - Tunisian-Quebec bilateral cooperation project INIFA. 'Development of an innovative digital solution for detecting additive manufacturing defects.During these 2 months, I consolidated my knowledge in 3D design by setting up support for the detection camera and in mastering 3D printing software (ideamaker). I also learned new knowledge in terms of artificial intelligence, deep learning and image processing.       I completed my internship in the continuous improvement department at the production company of brass articles, SOPAL. The main objective of this internship is to set up a production line balancing strategy and methodology. In particular, my task is to develop a standard operating procedure that describe the work of workers in an assembly cell to achieve balance while respecting Takt Time. In addition, I realized a study on the movement flows of the storekeeper when preparing the semi-finished products using tools like the spaghetti diagram and flow analysis. Show less

      End of studies internship

      It is a 5 months internship at the Laboratory of Process and Material Sciences LSPM entitled 'Finite element simulations of mobility & aggregation of vacancies' supervised by Y. Charles and J. Mougenot. I get a very positive result of this internship, which was a very enriching experience, I could apprehend all the facets of the profession of engineer in materials engineering, in particular in modeling and numerical simulation of the physical phenomena likely to appear in the metallic structures under complex loading. The very advanced use of Abaqus allowed me in particular to reinforce my skills in Finite Element Method. I thus achieved the objectives set by my supervisor, namely : - Understanding of coupling phenomenon diffusion creation of vacancies. - Control of code/software ABAQUS by developing a numerical tool able to simulate the process of diffusion and "clustering / aggregation" of the vacancies (crystal defects). Using UELs, several degrees of freedom have been unlocked in Abaqus, and a complete reaction schema coupling temperature, and diffusion reactions of 9 species has been introduced in the software.
