      I've served in several different positions in the Iowa Army National Guard. I began as an enlisted Combat Medic, and then attended OCS to become an Infantry Officer. I have worked as an Infantry Officer for over 16 years. I have deployed 3 times overseas in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Duties include response to life-threatening emergencies to include structural fires, motor vehicle accidents, water rescue, and HAZMAT response.
