  The Delivery of Improved Local Services (DILS) project aims to assist the Government of increase the capacity of institutional actors in order to improve access to and the efficiency, equity and quality of local delivery of health, education and social protection services, in a decentralizing environment. The project will achieve this aim by helping to implement systems to compensate for inequalities across municipalities; improving outreach and access through innovation in social service delivery; providing support for new regulatory, oversight and quality assurance roles for state level ministries; and capacity building amongst local self governments (LSGs) and other local service providers.Deputy Project Administrator is responsible for providing technical supervision over implementation of the project and he participates in the meetings of the Project Implementation Committee (PIC) that are held on weekly basis and is also obligated to take part in production of annual reports submitted by the Project Implementation Committee to the Project Policy Board (PPB).   In September 2017, I founded a consulting company that aims to help digitize business systems. Bearing in mind that we are in the era of the IV industrial revolution, I decided to share my fifteen years of experience in the field of designing and implementing complex ICT systems that run through different branches of business, from the private and banking sectors to public administration systems. At the beginning of 2020, I am entering a new branch of business, renewable energy sources, with a special emphasis on solar power plant construction projects. I actively participate in the design and realization of over 80 projects, with a total capacity of over 15MW. The projects covered all possible industrial buildings, with various types of roofs, and capacities from 50kW to over 1MW. Also, I actively participate in the development of projects on the ground, where over 10MW of various projects have been developed.
