Managed a team of staff, grew the centre from 4 staff to over 20, plus many PhD students. Gained an international reputation for innovation in getting evidence to action. Invited speaker in Canada, New Zealand and the US and UK. Published papers on knowledge mobilisation and edited a research briefing series and the Journal of Evidence and Policy. We work with organisations to understand and track progress against outcomes, allowing them to really demonstrate the difference they make to people and communities.
