  Mr. Parker worked with Division 3 construction office in Jacksonville, NC. He worked most of the summer with the survey department where he gained knowledge in survey equipment and terminology. Here he staked construction clearing limits, stormwater devices, centerline road grade and surveyed various other NC DOT projects in the area.

  Mr. Parker works as a project design engineer, permitting agent thru local, state and federal level governments for various project, administered land development projects, project cost analysis, and consulting engineering work. Mr. Parker has worked on simple projects such as fire hydrant additions with permitting for commercial areas to detailed design plans for high density residential developments with water networks, sewage pump station design along with gravity sewer design and stormwater permitting through NC DENR under the Coastal Development Rules. These tasks are kept on a strict timeline set by the owner with minimal supervision from managment, Mr. Parker works his best to always do what is right to get plans finished ontime.
