He has over 15 years of financing, appraisal and property tax experience with commercial and industrial properties.Mr. DeLeon has worked extensively with complex industrial and commercial properties across the country, with expertise in compliance, obsolescence studies, exemptions and valuation analysis. David is a results-driven consultant, managing property tax compliance functions for his clients as well as assessment review and appeal, settlement negotiation and tax planning.Mr. DeLeon earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas State University. He is licensed by the State of Texas as a Senior Property Tax Consultant as well as a Property Tax Agent with the State of Arizona Board of Appraisal.
