  Job Responsibilities:•Overall responsible for effective, efficient coordination supervision and management of planned and unplanned maintenance inspection for onshore and offshore facilities which include process vessel, heat exchanger and other static equipment.•Knowledgeable and experiences in inspection, maintenance, repair and provide recommendation of many types of heat exchangers.•Responsible for technical review, timely issuance and distribution of reports relate to inspection maintenance activities.•Responsible as Quality Assurance(QA) and Quality Control (QC) during project executions, visual inspection and quality control during welding/repair activity.•Responsible, monitoring and reporting inspection works progress and identification of problem areas and recommend remedial actions.•Knowledgeable and familiar with Conventional (UT, MPI & DPI) and Tube Testing Inspection which include IRIS, MFL & RFET.•Knowledgeable and familiar with American Petroleum Institute (API) - API 510, API 571, API 572, API 576, API 577.•American Society of Mechanical Engineer (ASME) - Familiar with ASME VIII Div. I, ASME V, ASME IX, ASME B16.5, ASME B31.3, ASME PCC 1, ASME PCC 2 and etc.•Knowledgeable WPS/PQR related to repair and piping construction.•Performed specialist maintenance and inspection scope for heat exchangers and pressure vessel such as: -Prepared and submission of details work package, schedule and relevant procedures for approval by Client prior to mobilization to worksite.-Performed QA/QC for fabrication and welding repair works.-Supervised and witnessed Welder Qualification Test (WQT) and Welding Procedure Qualification Test (WPQT). -Supervised and preformed of NDT activity such MT, PT, UT and Tube Testing Inspection (IRIS & MFL).-Familiar with P & ID, Isometric drawing and knowledgeable on equipment/piping general arrangements.-Familiar with blasting and painting works based on client Technical Standard.
