One great thing I love about being a Teaching Assistant (TA), is the opportunity to have an impact on first years experience at Brock in Sport Management. Being able to provide insight, information related to both course and non-course material, as well as just being a contact to utilize in the sport industry has me looking forward to seminars every week. On top of being someone for a student to come to, I have a responsibility to educate, evaluate, and lend a hand to them as they are responsible for seminar presentations and research papers. On top of being available at all times for them, I am responsible for marking, engaging participation, and just talk about sports! Show less

This job really gave me an opportunity to enhance my program creation, supervision, and development skills.
