This division of Boeing sold to SAIC* Along with Boeing IS President and Vice President for Business Services, prepared subsidiary for sale, participating in confidential executive discussions, management briefings, and ultimately transition. * HR project manager for Boeing division conversion to subsidiary to ensure successful changeover of ‘people’ move.* Led team that implemented stand-alone HRIS, i.e. developed system requirements, assessed available COTS products, negotiated contract, prepared user manual, and worked with IT team to integrate IS with finance system. * HR lead in discussions aimed at assessing viability of outsourcing business functions within subsidiary.
