  I worked for a kid’s snack company working to develop new product lines for a 2016 launch. Given a brief of the type of products the company was looking for, I would find and contact possible manufacturers across the world, corresponding with them to eventually help create a baby friendly product adhering to all regulations and work out the logistics of delivery and packaging.Following products from their inception to launch meant that I would interact and work with a range of departments including technical, logistics, design, marketing and sales teams.   Security Steward

  During the 2016 Wimbledon Tennis Championships I was stationed outside the Debenture Ticket Holder's Entrance, engaging with lots of customers passing by as well as working alongside the hospitality staff in the Debenture's Lounge. I would have to help and answer questions often, requiring me to listen to a variety of problems and deal with them appropriately whilst also constantly learning and retaining information on how the Tennis Club operated. Being in the Debenture's lounge required a high level of friendliness, politeness and the highest standards of presentation at all times. Show less

  Working as a ski instructor for Nozawa Onsen Ski School, teaching a variety of lessons ranging from infant beginners to advanced. My lessons would take me all over the mountain and would continually require a new process of assessment and lesson planning, a challenge I enjoy and find rewarding.

  Working at Mt Hutt has expanded on the skills I gained in Nozawa Onsen but in a larger ski school. Here I have learnt to work under a larger management system with lots of different departments, lending a hand whenever I can be of help. I have continued to develop my skills of teaching, listening, friendly customer interaction and making sure customers have fun and stay safe. Under more advanced trainers I have also learnt a great deal about teaching and understanding higher level skiing.
