      In my role, I actively contribute to the strategic planning and execution within the Human Capital Management (HCM) Directorate by assisting in the development and implementation of strategic plans that align with the organization's goals. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, managing key projects to guarantee they are delivered on time and within budget, and ensuring that all efforts contribute to the broader objectives of the HCM Directorate.A critical part of my responsibility involves engaging with stakeholders, acting as a liaison between the CHCO and both internal and external partners to foster effective communication and collaboration. I also play a key role in analyzing data and reporting, which supports decision-making processes by providing insights and actionable information. In addition, I assist in managing the HCM Directorate's budget, ensuring that resources are allocated optimally to meet the strategic objectives.Furthermore, I am committed to continuous improvement within the Directorate by identifying areas for process enhancements and driving initiatives that boost operational efficiency. I also provide advisory support to the CHCO, contributing to the development and implementation of policies that improve overall performance and address key human capital challenges. Through strong team coordination, I ensure that all teams work synergistically toward shared goals.
