      A youth phase Strength and Conditioning Co-ordinator working with more than 60 kids a week. Originally began role as junior coach working with u11 boys across County Wexford. Was promoted to an assistant coach level. Member of coaching staff which went to Kennedy Cup 2012 and finished second (Highest ever finish).Part of a team that travelled to Albufiera and Barcelona on development trips. Team produced a number of Irish international players.

      Was accepted as a work experience placement student for 2 weeks in March of 2014. Roles and responsibilites included, but were not limited to:• Have an understanding of the pitch based periodisation model used at the Academy.• Be aware of training considerations during PHV and strategies adopted around this.• Be able to reliably collect anthropometric data.• Have an understanding of PHV and the need to closely monitor growth in these age groups.I also got to interact closely with coaching staff members across all age groups and work with the strength and conditioning team at the Academy.
