Planned and managed programs related to street cleaning, refuse collection, graffiti; and code enforcement related to streets and urban forestry (maintenance / reforestation of public rights-of-way / land). Developed, implemented, and enforced relevant urban forestry methods, procedures, rules, regulations, policies and codes. Handled planning, organizing, assigning, coordinating, prioritizing, scheduling, monitoring, and evaluating work of bureau personnel via supervisory staff; supervising second-level supervisors by leading, motivating, and disciplining. Facilitated requisition, storekeeping and maintenance of supplies, materials, and equipment and ensured mechanical / motorized equipment was maintained / replaced as needed.Prepared, secured, and oversaw execution of Bureau’s annual budget.
