  This work experience in the Emilia-Romagna Region was fantastic: I worked for a year at the Europe Direct Information Center, one of the 500 European Commission centers scattered throughout the EU, plus in the year of the European elections 2019.It was therefore a year full of challenges and learning, in the name of social media marketing, publications, events, blog articles and many other marketing actions, in a period in which the attention was focused on the European Union.I am proud to have contributed to communicating Europe to the citizens of the Emilia-Romagna Region, the skills I acquired in this experience were fundamental in my work as Marketing Manager.   Working for the Regional Council I was able to see from the inside the functioning of the communication of the governing body of the Emilia-Romagna Region: a succession of projects in a dynamic and highly performing context, in which I was able to appreciate the professionalism of the team in I have worked on.Specifically, I dealt with the communication to citizens of the activities and opportunities of the European Social Fund (ESF) and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).During this experience, together with my team, I won the INFORM Communication Awards 2020, a prestigious recognition from the European Commission for the best communication projects co-financed by European funds.   In my role, I handle a wide range of strategic and operational activities to ensure a clear and consistent positioning of the brand:• Event Planning and Organization: I have planned and organized over 100 events, including courses and corporate events.
