  As Miss Loyal, I served as a ambassador of my small hometown in Loyal, Wisconsin. I organized county and out of county events, and made as many appearances at various events and activities throughout my year in the reign. I served as a leader to my court of 10, and updated each member on upcoming events and activities. Community service was our main focus, and inspiring was our goal! Throughout the year, we appeared in many parades, drove many miles, and took hundreds of pictures! As an ending result, I can say with confidence, that it was more of a dream than a job, and made me the person I am. Show less

   Operated a ballroom dance studio teaching private lessons, group sessions, and collaborations with surrounding studios. Managed all studio operations including accounting, training, pricing, marketing, goals, and objectives.  Worked independently but managed groups up to 20+ people.  Went through continuous training to better manage, serve, teach, and promote a niche dance style.

   Travel from branch to branch, servicing the staff as a “lead by example” teller. Process daily member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, money transfers, loan payments, and account research.  Offer specialized experience by working on various machinery including TCR’s, TCD’s, self-serve and larger coin machines, and safe deposit boxes. In addition, have various experience navigating the financials’ technology platforms like DNA, Q2 Central, IDoc Vault, Nautilus, etc.  Maximize member service by catering to the Credit Union’s servicing needs. Floating into the Call Center, Quality Control, and specialized Triage Groups to assist in overall daily branch operations are just a few examples.  Actively promote facility security by monitoring member’s behaviors and follow the established protocols to protect individuals and assets.  Accurately maintain records of each transaction and ensure all documentation and paperwork are in place and within compliance.
