  In my role as a Retail and Gallery Intern, I partnered with a corporate gallery managers to effectively market and sell coveted artwork during summer cruise line season in Ketchikan, Alaska and heavy tourist season in Carmel, CA. I interacted with prospective buyers and expressed the distinctive attributes of each piece of work. I achieved all sales quotas assigned by the gallery manager on a daily basis.

  Orientation Leader

  In my role I assisted in the University's planning and execution of orientation events for new students. I educated a weekly freshman class of 20 students on a variety of subject matter which covered topics from degree planning to finances and budgeting. I planned, directed, and managed events for First Year students, which focused on building community and ensuring successful introduction to the University.

  Research Analyst

  My position as a Research Assistant, allowed me the opportunity to work alongside Senior Fellow in the Hoover Institute at Stanford University, Thomas Henriksen, as I assisted him in his efforts to study and further understand Foreign Affairs. In my role, I investigate, analyzed, and studied Foreign Affairs and International Wars and provided resources for a book in progress, by Thomas Henriksen, a previously published author.   In my role as a Resident Assistant, I created and cultivated community among 30 students, on a University Campus. I programmed events and created opportunities for large groups of students to build new relationships and network with other students.   Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Intern

  In my role as a Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Intern, I worked with many high risk patients as they progressed through their specialized programs. I assessed each patients' vital signs, and would decide if further assessments were needed based off of the patients' diagnosis of a Cardiac or Pulmonary condition. Following initial assessments, I would monitor patients throughout their prescribed exercise sessions and often provide vital sign assessments during exercise. Throughout the progression of the patients' program, I would aid in creating further personalized exercise programs, as patients would advance through their treatment. My role additionally granted the opportunity to assist in the education of disease management and stress relief specifically for Cardiac disease patients. Show less

  In my most recent role, I oversaw 100 student employees at the California Baptist University. I created opportunities for student professional development and team growth. Additionally, I directed graphic design and marketing communications of Recreation Center events.
