  As an Implementation Project Analyst for J. J. Keller’s Training on Demand I was responsible for the implementation and services provided to enterprise training customers.I maintained a broad knowledge of many products, and specialized in the Training content area. My assistance with customer-focused sales presentations and informative and effective implementations was crucial to the sale and a successful program for the customer. I consistently delivered effective and persuasive presentations, knowledge of what it takes to successfully implement a new program in the context of different size companies, knowledge of best practices in adult learning, coaching techniques, and the ability to resonate with the customer as both a product and content expert.I worked closely with Sales to understand client needs for the effective launch of new programs. I coordinated with area managers to communicate product enhancements and trained their staff on key features and benefits. I managed work flow of support to accounts after a sale and actively sought to drive additional product and service revenue through the value they bring; integrated fee-based services into customer proposals to formulate a long term plan for instructional improvement; drove utilization of in-depth reporting and used that information to build effectiveness measures of client’s training program; worked collaboratively with Marketing and Sales personnel and internal customers to develop use-based metrics that reflect client success.I collaborated with clients to develop training courses based on existing Customer Content, adding logos, images, incorporating policies, documents, and presentations which conveniently delivered company-specific material to employees, and boosted engagement and interest.
