Former Director of the Planning, Environment, and Economic Development Department for the City of Niagara Falls, and the Executive Director of the Niagara Falls Urban Renewal Agency. Areas of responsibility included: Municipal land use planning, Planning Board, Grant funding and administration, Historic Preservation Commission, GIS and environmental services, economic & business development activities, site plan and environmental reviews, zoning administration, and transportation planning for the City.
