  Currently I’m working in Netzsch, it is the German based company, having three divisions (pump, analyzing & testing and Grinding & dispersing).And I’m working as an Sr. Plant design & projects since 2011, my responsibility of work in grinding & dispersing as below for your reference.· Preparing P&ID as per customer requirement using Eplan - Preplanning, AutoCAD & also preparing equipment list as use in the process- SAP MM.· Preparing 3D plant layout using Autodesk inventor,· Purchasing equipment,· three party inspection,· site in-charge & installation of all the equipment (reactor vessels, piping, instrumentation, & electrical),· guiding PLC program to our vendor as per our process,· service & commissioning,· preparing as built drawings & manuals.And also I’m being too on-site for training about Netzsch machinery’s & product trails in the Shanghai plant china & also been at our Germany headquarter for training about dry grinding systems, dry grinding in the sense milling of chemicals, food & confectionery and mine & minerals into Nano size.Autocad, Pro-E, MS ProjectSpecialties: Project & Design • Steelwork design (Autocad & AUTODESK Inventor)• Plant design• Construction site supervision and management• Machinery installation• Installation and testing of instrumentation and control systems• Machinery and plant commissioning• Employee training• Support throughout production ramp-upAutocad, Pro-E, MS Project Show less We are a German based company and have over 150 years of rich experience in various applications.
