Obtained mentoring certificate.For KS3, wrote schemes of work and assessments to track student progress.At KS5, introduced new assessments and wrote assignments to improve student participation with learning outside of the classroom. Results in first year increased by a whole grade as a result of tight tracking and monitoring of students.Introduced A-Level Further Maths as a full subject to the school and taught through to 12 students (supporting another 3 outside of lessons).
