  I began my tenure as a Production Chef and rapidly advanced through a number of specialized roles in recognition of exceptional capabilities.I held full accountability for issuing licenses for MRP system users.I managed upward of 80 staff members in Food Production; catering around 30K meals daily.I played an integral role on several projects aimed to improve food production/delivery timeliness.I conducted extensive overhauls of several kitchen layouts.I facilitated continuous improvement in managing materials and assisting in procurement.I supported the project team in implementing the corporate ERP (QAD) operational system in the catering center in 2010.I managed and approved QAD user access nationwide.I planned and rolled out Skills check Training for QAD application in Sydney location.
