While there, Ray assisted in planning and executing numerous Coalition Counter-Terrorist, Direct Action, and Special Reconnaisance missions against anti-coalition and Al Queda forces in the Khowst province. Insured operations in Khowst Province among Task Force elements properly coordinated and cleared resulting in zero incidents of civilian casualties.
