      Activities and Societies: Student Council, National Honor Society, Target, Interact, Girls Varsity Swimming, Boys Swimming Manager, Band In high school I participated in almost every club we had and was the salutatorian of my class. I took all AP classes provided by my high school as well as some college courses during my junior and senior years. My freshman year I was the girls class representative, sophomore year I was vice president, and senior year I was president of my class. I graduated with a 3.95 GPA and recieved recognition for science, math and history as well as won an essay contest my sophomore year.

      Family Consumer Sciences: Human Development with a minor in Early Childhood

      Activities and Societies: Kappa Kappa Gamma, SPURS, Kappa Delta Pi At the University I have recently changed my degree to Human Development and am working towards applying for Masters programs for Occupational Therapy. I recieved a full ride scholarship and regularly attend a Trustee's banquet for this recognition and have been on the Dean's List every semester, except this last spring where I made the President's List.       As a lifeguard it was my responsibility to watch over patrons and assist them as needed. As a supervisor, it is my responsibility to make sure that the chemicals in the pool are at the appropriate level, admit and take money for entrance to the pool, and make sure that my guards are doing their jobs. As a swim instructor, it is my job to teach students enrolled in our courses the skills necessary to become knowledgable about the water and water safety as well as skills to become competent swimmers.
