Programs consist of projects for the US military, example over 400 Million dollars of military construction for the 7th Army Move and Transformation of the Wiesbaden Garrison area, 450 million dollars of Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) schools (example, new SHAPE Schools in Belgium), foreign militaries and governments, and international organizations in planning, design and construction, and facility maintenance. •Reviews costs estimates; plans acquisitions; defines and assists in the negotiation of Architect-Engineer contract services; manages project development work through completion; manages budget, financial and personnel resources; and organizes, chairs, and/or participates in the various program/project related conferences•Represents the District Commander as the primary point of contact above the project manager for assigned programs/projects with US and Host Nation government agencies, sponsors/customers, and higher authorities. •Identifies Corps of Engineer capabilities and opportunities for expanded and/or enhanced support to existing and potential customers.
