      Designed a vacuum-sealed gas-sensing chamber equipped with four probes for electrical measurement, a heating stage to heat the substrate, gas inlets, outlet valves, and a quartz window for electrical measurement in the presence of light. The chamber will be connected to the source meter used to detect different volatile organic compounds for health monitoring, quality control, and safety management.
