  Provide comprehensive budgeting support to the Finance & Admin Manager and Line Managers, Review departmental cost with Line Managers and help improve financial performance of their business unit, Identify areas of cost saving and productivity improvement, Analyse and evaluate all agreements new and existing and identify areas for cost control and cost reduction, Coordinating with auditors to provide required information/explanation for audit report, Processing of all tax payments (Income tax, Withholding Tax, PAYE Tax etc), Providing documentation and liaising with Tax authority for tax assessment and obtaining tax clearance certificate. Processing and providing necessary documentation for the purpose of Repatriation of funds, Organising and ensuring that financial books are closed properly for the month end and ultimately for the year, Assist and handle any other matter as requested by the Finance & Admin Manager.
